What roles are included/not-included in creating a website?
Sometime people get confussed about what roles are included in creating a website. When building a website, we include the roles of: ISP/webhost, designer, webmaster, business analysis and project manager.
Here are some of the roles that we don't include: create company names, logos, submit business registration forms, create company images, create company content, create marketing material or brands.
Why shouldn't you use flash?
Flash is an imaging/video technology.
The primary problem with flash is that search engines cannot index the content of flash. Therefore, a website with mostly flash will not place very good when people search for a related service.
For this reason, search engine optimization (SEO) experts will usually stay away from flash.
